Hi all,

I decided to try building that mini PC as per my last post. I ended up buying a new motherboard (and per my last post, it is another ASRock H510TM-ITX), and after plugging everything in, everything looks to be in order-- the fan spins up (and to a normal speed), my keyboard and mouse (both wireless) light up, but there's no image on my monitor. So far, I've tried reseating the RAM and trying different RAM sticks entirely with no luck. I've also tried using a different monitor-- still nothing. I didn't connect an SSD just yet (still waiting a wi-fi module I ordered to come in) but I did try booting up from my Windows 11 USB, still nothing. I've also been in contact with the seller, and as of right now, still nothing. There's a part of me that thinks the memory might be the problem (I know that without (compatible) RAM there'll be no display), but it's really hard for me to tell.

Current specs:

Motherboard: ASRock H510TM-ITX

CPU: Intel Pentium Gold G6500

RAM: Samsung H0B300020950122C49/S0ACA101134124A983 (SODIMM DDR4 3200MHz) 2x4GB (not identical)

Other RAM I tried:

PNY 8GBUIX08JGGG39-12-K (SODIMM DDR4 2400MHz) 1x8GB

Micron 4GB MTA4ATF51264HZ-3G2J1 2x4GB (these are identical sticks)

Fan: Silverstone NT07-115X

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much in advance!

Hi, did know one suggest plugging your parts in here : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/  ?? Adjust country from menu right top.

Then see wattage needed and choose a name brand and see at page bottom after for issues.

Update! It turned out there was something wrong with the CPU. I bought a new one and everything works as expected.
