Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Help

My Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is recycled from a previous owner. I cleared cache and factory reset. Malwarebytes for android shows unusual app privacy permissions, ie. 172 have network access, 56 can cost you money, 17 can be device administrator, etc.
Privacy permissions are the same after another factory reset. There is no SD card in the phone.
I "chatted" w/ Malwarebytes who insist the problem is w/ my phone, not their app. Am I infected?
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

no you are not infected. If you have run the Privacy Audit feature in the malwarebytes app it shows you which applications have access to do what. These are the prompts that you get when you first open an app that say "Would you like to allow [App] to access [x]"

 

If you have factory reset then there should be no issues on the phone and when it says that apps can cost you money this is applications like the "Play Store" whereby it can cost you money if you purchase apps.

 

Should be nothing to worry about.

If you have run a factory reset then you should have nothing to worry about :-).

 

If you want to take a screenshot and post it I can go ahead and download malwarebytes on my S9 and see if I get anything different.

that sounds very similar to mine. Nothing to worry about unless you want to revoke permissions to applications. However, doing so will reduce the usability of your phone. If you have just factory reset all is good so you can go ahead and use it :-)
