Best not to duplicate efforts on a BSOD issue. https://www.elevenforum.com/t/bsod-after-fresh-windows-install.25898/#post-462923

Hi, Welcome to BC.
Thank you @Porthos for notice of 2 Postings.
Note : @ Draken123 It is considered impolite posting in 2 forums or more at the same time. Volunteers do not need to work 2x's for the same issue as will maybe conflicting info that could damage your system or your install.
Remove : CCleaner as it is possible your issue, delete registry entries or files you need. Use Disk Cleanup from the Start Menu since 1995. As well it will clean and delete dump files.
Note : their is only one Dump File Collected. 3 or more Dump Files are needed for conclusive information.
Note : as this is a English Language Only Forum you must change your system settings or/and download a English Language Page before submitting information so it displays in English.
You can Update your BIOS to 4.20E or I if feel the need for equivalent of resize-able bar. There are things to do if do so and would need to look that up.
You have Integrated RAMDAC : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAMDAC
Dxdiagx86 === and more not listed.
========
RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64
explorer.exe
svchost.exe_UserDataSvc ESENT.dll
windows.autoPlayContent
MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe
CLR20r3
CAM_V3.exe
Dump File

As I can not read the Stack and the BSOD Kernel Expert is it seems only checking in part time will state you have a Memory issue reflected in both the DxDiagx86 of what went down and crashed and the Dump File it self.
There is also a Network Adapter which would be a Driver issue would need updating from your Motherboard Support Page. EDIT : See below re URL for driver.
So if you have not been keeping up to date with drivers for your Motherboard start doing so now.
https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z370%20Taichi/#Support
As to a fix, you are testing the Ram, report back.
So can follow this : https://www.minitool.com/backup-tips/netwtw04-sys.html and see if things improve while waiting for @ubuysa BSOD Kernel Expert to Read the Stack
Since the driver for the Network WIreless from your M/B Support Page need to find out the make model of that in Device Manager and find a driver for it.
If this Driver in Device Manager has been replaced by a MS Driver from 2006 sorta tells ya something about MS Update Drivers.
So Speccy Report shows : intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/94854/intel-dual-band-wirelessac-3168/specifications.html
From the Download Tab in the URL you have drivers.
In BIOS turn off anything that speeds up the Boot as per Example : ASUS Fast Boot. and for the same reasons as bellow : As well turn off XMP.
Turn off Ms Fast Start : https://www.windowscentral.com/software-apps/windows-11/how-to-enable-or-disable-fast-startup-on-windows-11
Do not accept MS Update Drivers for your Video Card ever, ever.

Hi, run another 4 passes on ram. Should have mentioned that before, sorry.
No idea on your XMP, download your manual if do not have one : https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z370%20Taichi/#Support
Check your QVL to see if ram is on the list and any other parts. Then run it as usual and see if get another BSOD. If so up load another sysnative after a couple as more tell more.

One dump isn't really enough to make a reliable diagnosis, but the cause of this one BSOD is clear, it's your WIFi driver; Netwtw04.sys.,...
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_Netwtw04!memFree
The version you have installed is very (VERY!) old, dating from 2018...

Updating this driver will stop this BSOD at least.

Memtest passes without error 4 passes about 3hs . But start Windows and have 3 BSOD and say Critical Process Died , so i remove one DDR4 stick and now i can enter Windows without problems ... Here is the Sysnative file
Well i try with one stick for about 10 minutes and all good , then change to the other stick and works good too ( i only try 10 minutes , i know is little time but will try more hours ) ... So i think i can try first with one stick more time and then the other stick more time alone , but seems that the PC crash with 2 sticks ( maybe i have to put in another slots to try it or have a faulty RAM slot )
EDIT 2 : I set the 2 ram sticks at A2/B2 for Dual Channel ( the last time i have at A2/B1 with Single Channel because a time ago idk which problem i have and have to reseat the sticks ) . I turn XMP off and set the clocks and latency manual... Will try the PC with these config but idk if is problem of the mother , of the rams or the CPU that can handle the 2 sticks at same time

Hi, please pay attention to what I have said re RAM. Look at your Manual. There is no changing of ram slots to where ever. They go in the slots as per the manual only.
Do not try them in other slots. If 1 works fine in 1 slot, then try the other stick in the same slot. Then try both sticks in the correct slots. If have a BSOD then you change the ram in the 1st slot to the other slot. The 2nd slot is moved to the 1st slot. If having BSOD still then let the BSOD Kernel Expert read the Dump files.
This could mean bad ram or bad slot. The BSOD Kernel Expert will provide you with information. There is a method to the madness and there is no guessing. It is purely done by substation
and moving sticks. Be glad only have 2 sticks.
Stick to the plan. There is no put it any where. It is set by your Manual. Is also set by the QVL. If the ram is not on the tested QVL page then it is most likely the ram after following the plan.
It well be told to you by the BSOD Kernel Expert.

Ok, lost my work. Only 1 Dump File again. We both told you we need more. That more is in the same SysnativeCollection not one at a time.
So seems like Network driver but am unsure as I do not read the stack. Check Device manager to see if the expected new install of the driver took place or did not. Check to see if Microsoft Update did not update the driver. If has tell us.
When uninstalling use Geek or Revo Uninstallers as they get more and the paid versions get even more. Try reinstall again.
If it is the network it is a easy thing to disable in BIOS and to use a USB Dongle network for 15bucks. So is simple but it needs to be called (think football and let the Coach ie BSOD Kernel Expert make the call.) So follow the plan and instructions, buy into what is being said and will take no time at all to figure this out.

You mention in Post # 1 a Clean Install.
Clean Install
=============
A perfect clean install of Windows 11 is to install it. install for 10/11 https://pureinfotech.com/clean-install-windows-11/
Then Activate it From Settings-->System-->Activate
Disconnect from the Internet.
From saved Motherboard Drivers : https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z370%20Taichi/#Support Install Chipset then SATA Drivers and lots of reboots for all.
Turn off in BIOS example ASUS Fast Boot for the same reasons as below :
Turn off MS Fast Start : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup
Turn off MS Driver Updates as best can for Win Home : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-automatic-driver-updates-windows-10
If a Driver sneaks in : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-roll-back-device-driver-windows-10 /11
Connect back to the internet.
