repeated attempts to update to 22H2 from current 22H1 version have failed for me( ihave a seperate thread for that).ironically the latest is when i see for windows update im prompted for a 22H3 update which also fails..cant say if that could be the reason for this blue screen error.my pc otherwise is working fine as of now.

FWIW, just to clarify, the correct designations for the Windows 11 feature updates are:

21H2: apparently you are stuck on this version that is out of support.

Edit: OR perhaps you are on 22H1???

22H2: the most recent "past" feature update, which failed to install

23H2: the current feature update.

It would help if you could please tell us the exact wording of running the winver command.

Having said that, I'll defer to others qualified to assist with your BSOD.

Cheers

Hi, you missed the posting instructions for the SysnativeCollection https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-vista-through-to-11/

It is a 3 step process to attach.

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/698076/attaching-files-to-posts-on-bleepingcomputer/#entry4791802

Did you accept any Driver Updates from Microsoft Update ?  Video Card driver maybe ??

If so use DDU and install your already downloaded and current Intel Driver from you Chip download page.  Keep a copy as the page will be deleted when chip deemed obsolete.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/149090/intel-core-i38145u-processor-4m-cache-up-to-3-90-ghz/downloads.html

It is unusual to see only one GPU. What is the main GPU and why do you not have drivers installed for it.

Note to use this longer you might consider adding more ram (12gig now) as you do have a slot empty.  Chip takes up to 64gig compatible, the Board may not. See manual.

So please make sure that all your Drivers have been updated from your ASUS Support Page : https://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/x512fa/helpdesk_download/

Compare to MyASUS.  Install any thing you have missed from the Support Page.

What have you done to attempt to repair Windows Update ?  Keep it short please as we do not want to get to 3 pages as per your other post.

Hi, did not ask for you to check MyASUS App to see if updated

Asked that you check your Support Page : https://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/x512fa/helpdesk_download/   Thanks.

This will take awhile :

It is unusual to see only one GPU. What is the main GPU and why do you not have drivers installed for it.

So answer please.   From Start -->Search : System Information if you have to.    (As I have a NVIDIA main GPU and a Intel GPU Chip that work together.) So no answer lets try again....

Did you accept any Driver Updates from Microsoft Update ?  Video Card driver maybe ??

Not answered.

If so use DDU and install your already downloaded and current Intel Driver from you Chip download page.  Keep a copy as the page will be deleted when chip deemed obsolete.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/149090/intel-core-i38145u-processor-4m-cache-up-to-3-90-ghz/downloads.html

No answer and would be possibly a newer driver.

What have you done to attempt to repair Windows Update ?  Keep it short please as we do not want to get to 3 pages as per your other post.

So as said at top of the post " This will take awhile "

EDIT : as was asked in Post # 4  "It would help if you could please tell us the exact wording of running the winver command."

NOTE : More than 1 Dump File is needed for Conclusive Results and Information.

Uninstall ESET, both Firewall and A/V and let it reveft Defender which is in the Top 10.

If want more control over Defender, ask for the info.

More Update failures and not worth looking further.     Would think ESET is stopping Windows Update.

The BSOD Kernel Dump Expert @ubuysa will need to look at it further late late this date.

You're using mismatched RAM for starters...

Samsung	M471A5244CB0-CRC	00000000	2400 MHz	4 GB	BANK 0	ChannelA-DIMM0	12	64
0000	V01D4S88GB1G81G82400	00000000	2400 MHz	8 GB	BANK 2	ChannelB-DIMM0	12	64

That's known to cause issues, depending on how mismatched the different RAM timings are. This is a laptop I see, so one of those RAM sticks (the 4GB?) may be soldered in. Windows may not run well with just the 4GB stick so, if you can, I suggest you remove that 4GB RAM stick and see whether it's stable. If the 4GB stick is soldered in then remove the 8GB Samsung stick and see whether it's stable - it may not perform well but you want to see whether it's stable.

Mismatched RAM can cause so many issues that it's really not worth looking any further until we have confirmed whether it's stable on one of those RAM sticks.

I had the same thing happen on my new Lenovo laptop. The problem was a defective motherboard.

Remove the 8GB stick and see whether it's stable on the original 4GB. It won't perform well but all we're interested in here is whether it's stable with no BSODs. As for ensuring that any new RAM is compatible, try Crucial Memory, they can usually match RAM for most popular models.
