I did a search for the program, but couldn't find it.

It might be obsolete.

The new one is for smart phones.

In the folder on the computer, it doesn't show an installer or download.

It has the program, a manual, and an Uninstaller.

I did find a download on the web, but the link is missing and they want me to sign up to let me know when it's available..

Not going to do that.

It seems it's a good program that people are looking for.

I wish I could find the disc.

I've had it on my old computer, and it was transferred to the new on with the program in the new computer.

There must be a way to move just that program to my other computed, without the disc.

I had thought it would be as easy a copy on a flash drive and load on to the other computer.

But when I try, I'm only coping a shortcut, so it's not working.

There must be the whole program someplace, but I can't seem to find it.

I'm not good at this computer thing, so that make it hard to do stuff like this.

Don't want to mess anything up, guessing and hoping I'm doing the correct thing.

Unfortunately, Windows doesn't work that way. You start with an installer/setup program for each software program. You run that program, and it does some system checks, unpacks all the necessary files for the program and copies them to a folder it creates. After that, changes to the registry (a configuration database for Windows) are made.

It's annoying sometimes, but that's the nature of Windows.

I suggest you keep looking for the installer. I've found much more obscure and less legitimate things on the Internet just through persistent trial and error.

Example: I don't know if this is customizer for various devices, but I found this:

I am confused. What's wrong with the download I just linked to? Did you try installing it?

Sorry

I didn't read through the whole reply.

I did just go through it.

The first one didn't work.

The second one, I had to do it two times.

Must have messed up on the first try, and got all kind of messages.

uninstalled it and tried again.

Second time everything worked fine.

It is now installed.

Yes, I'm a computer idiot.

but I'm trying to get better.

Thank you so much.

The link Shplad provided is for Samsung Master version 1.1.14.

It's worth a try.

Edit: Oops! Resolved already!
