Flash light problem in many parts of Windows 10

So why does it say let it snow in the middle of the screen ?

I say it should snow, but it blinds my eyes with lightning lol
 

There are about 30 steps in the guide for using AdwCleaner (https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/how-to-remove-adware-on-a-pc#self-help)

but one of the antimalware inside it has been removed from the site (https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/zemana-antimalware/dl/312/)

There is no need to run this antivirus removed from the site ?

I downloaded all of the following and ran them according to the instructions:
Rkill
MBSetup-076981.076981-5.1.0.102-1.0.1179 
EmsisoftAntiMalwareSetup_bc 
AdwCleaner 
Zemana.AntiMalware.Setup 
Windows Security

Zemana.AntiMalware was not working properly, it kept giving errors, even though I downloaded it from the official site
Nothing was found except for Emsisoft Anti-Malware
Emsisoft Anti-Malware found a few cases.

At this point it is no longer a discussion I feel and is a cry for the Malware Removal Forum to help you.

Were the Malware Removal Programs all installed at the same time ? 

Where they run while another was still installed ?

Did you create exemptions list in each before scanning ?

Too many variables.

No not going to look at your scan results.  A Malware Forum Removal Expert should (Edit : look.)

 

I forgot to say, after these runs and the removal of those malwares, the number of my light flash has decreased a lot
It still exists, but much less

Seek help after you have removed any cracks and cracked programs.

Edit : replace the to any to reflect context more properly.

Edit 2 - specifically Adobe Programs as per Hosts file.   +  BABYLON  all should be checked for False Positive and or Positive.
