This is my C: drive.  It's an SSD. I get that some extra partitions are needed in case of boot issues, etc. The issue is: the Reserved partition has no data on it, and the Unallocated one is just dead weight. I ask if they can be combined onto the Boot partition without erasing and re-installing Win11. The Extend option is not available for them.

Hi, Yes. though suggest to make sure using a proper Partition Manger instead of Windows.   Just to be on the safe side of what you are looking at.

The System should have files on it.  As to why ...maybe below :

Make sure you have set Windows to show all Files from Windows Explorer --> View-->Show | might need a reboot or not.

In Gparted, you can move the last two partition to the end and then increase size of the Windows partition. For anyone else who has their Windows partition encrypted with Bitlocker, the last step of increasing Windows partition when you moved partition to the right requires you to do it in Windows using Disk Management's Extend Volume in that case

Strange that your hard disk (SSD) has a "System reserved" partition at all. Those don't get created when Windows 11 is installed. In fact, that is where the EFI System Partition should be.

What needs to be done to get everything combined is to image-copy the EFI System Partition over that "System reserved" partition, remove the old EFI System Partition, disable Windows Recovery Environment, remove the recovery partition, and then extend the Boot partition to fill all the space to the end of the disk.

If you still want the Windows Recovery Environment, you would need to extend the Boot partition 765 MB short of the end of the disk and then go through the process of creating a new recovery partition and re-enabling Windows Recovery Environment.
