What is the model number of the speakers? Are they USB?

There isn't any mention of a model number on the back or bottom of the speakers? If these speakers are not USB and use the common 3.5mm plug I would use the audio troubleshooter of Windows 10.

Go through each step in the below link

Hi, if the do not work as per the URL section on Sound Control Panel then is possible will not work.

There is suppose to be a Model # for them and as far as can tell Creative is the one that is looking after that.

If you pull the card is there not a Model # ?

Can follow this : https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=Windows+10+Cambridge+soundworks see if anything works.  But as can see they do have model #'s

Have you rebooted the computer after doing all the listed fixes?

Sure Mr. John, even it says "The device works perfectly" in one of those tests.

In another test I click on the speakers to test them and it displays like the speakers were ringing but no sound.

in another test it says the pc has the best controller.

If you get another idea le me know it,

Thanks in advance

The last idea I have is to uninstall the sound driver in Device Manager then reboot so Windows can reinstall the sound driver. Right click your sound device > Select Uninstall.

Hopefully Pkshadow has some other suggestions.

What color jack on the back is the cord in? If its in any of the other ports but the green one then it may not produce sounds.
