I used to have the free version.
Not sure what happened to it.
I tried searching for it, but could only find a paid version.
Do they still have a free version???
Doesn't windows security take care of malware???

The consumer version comes with a free, 14-day trial of premium features.
After 14 days, it automatically reverts to the Free, on-demand version.
Or you can manually terminate the trial before it expires after 14 days.

By default, that will install as a free, 14-day trial of premium features, including real-time protection.
If it is not activated within 14 days using a legal license key, the program will automatically revert to the on-demand, "free" version that provides only on-demand scanning without real-time protection.
And, as previously mentioned, one can manually terminate the 14-day "premium" trial before it expires, if one chooses.
