Hi. Basically what I said in the title.  I have some reasons to believe hackers have access to my tv, phone, and pc and wifi.  I doubt I can do this alone.  I need some pointers.

Thanks,

Steven

Alas, helpers here at BC will only be able to assist with diagnosis & cleaning of your computer, not your TV or phone.

For starters, please read this:
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

Then, please be prepared to post the requested logs and other information. One of the trained helpers will guide you.

I suggest while the phone and TV are powered off....reset your router and change the password for it.

Then reset your phone and TV.

Once you have done the above follow the advice given in post #2. Once you have started a new

topic in the malware removal forum....post back here with a link to the new topic. Be sure to include

the two FRST logs in your new topic in the malware removal forum.

There have been no posts to this thread for months. Are there any updates to this case?
