Digital Stalking

I am being harassed by what I think is a group of hackers that spend their life trying to make mine miserable. They have access to my phone and computers, i have reported this to the authorities but their investigation takes a long time. they delete files from my computer and disconnect me from my online games on a daily basis. what can i do to gather evidence of this, what should i look for and what can i do to prevent this?
