A few months ago I started watching archived videos on my PC, at the website of Eurovision Sport.  Most videos I watch will crash many times throughout and I have to refresh the browser each time and find where I left off.  When the video crashes I get an error message, which is attached.

I contacted Eurovision support and this is the response I got:

After verifying that the streams are working correctly on our end, we suggest trying these troubleshooting methods in order to resolve the issue.

On the computer: If you have many browser tabs open, try to close most of them except the one you are using for watch.Biathlon.

•            Restart your browser.

•            Restart your router.

•            Restart your computer.

•            Update your browser to the latest version.

•            Use Chrome

These steps have not fixed the issue.  Are there any other suggestions I could try?  I'm using Windows 10 and I get the error in both Firefox & Chrome.

It's the beginning of summer. The weather's getting warmer.

Maybe the time is approaching that the insides of your computer are getting dusty and need a blow through

The error seems pretty clear although why you are getting it us a different issue entirely since you can play the files.

Shaka Error NETWORK.BAD_HTTP_STATUS (https://d3c3aes5k172lj.cloudfront.net/MediaConvert-

<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId></RequestId>

The issue is most likely with AWS Cloud flare. Possible other issues is incorrect clock cynch or the browser caching the clock and then it doesn't match the clock on the server Below is from GitHub

When we load the stream, we use XMLHttpRequest to make a HEAD request. The response has a header that we use to determine the clock sync. This response is cached in Firefox and is causing problems (because the cached header contains an old time).

Ok, thanks for the insight.

Download and install Speccy - https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy

Run it, and then go to File and Publish Snapshot. Post the resulting link in your next reply

You have 10% free space you need to free up at least 5% more but free up as much as possible

I agree with cryptodan's recommendation on freeing up more space on your C: drive. :thumbup2:

As such, there is an article on How Much Free Space Should You Leave on Your Windows PC?

Good luck! :)
