I've tried everything I can think of to fix, i also tried changing the wireless channels shut off every Bluetooth device in my home and the packetloss has not disappeared I'm having a very difficult time getting this fixed is there anyone that can recommend me something to get rid of this packetloss? I have the gigahub with the latest firmware on it.

Yes I separated all the SSIDs & put bandwidth intensive devices on 5 GHz I have only security cameras on 2.4 I temporarily connected my phone that's connected to 2.4 and packetloss is persistent regardless of the time of day. I tried it on multiple devices on 2.4 and I get the packet loss on there too.

Is there something wrong with the GigaHub?

I hate to be the bringer of bad news but I think you are SOL using wireless internet. I was on wireless from 2006 until last May, using two different wireless providers in Eastern Ontario and it was not a good experience. Slow speeds, packet loss and terrible latency (believe it or not I even saw ping times approaching 10000 ms on more than one occasion) and I am within site of Ottawa.

However, last May I went with the $200 deal to get satellite equipment (from a very rich provider run by the worlds most hated man) and am now getting speeds above 100 mbps and excellent ping times. I do not, however game, but my son does and I haven't heard him swear too much since we got low orbit satellite.

peter@peter-HP:~$ ping 8.8.8.8

As a recovering..er...I mean ex Bell Customer, I suggest you call and demand to speak with a supervisor. That is the only way you'll have any chance of getting any real help at Bell. The support rep. will try to convince they'll be able to help you, but just keep telling them that you've spoken with a ton of 1st level support people and the issue hasn't resolved at all.

There's a reason many of us use third party ISPs in Canada.

50% packet loss on fiber is utterly ridiculous. I'd keep pushing for a supervisor. If that fails, get customer retention involved, or post on X.com in their forum. Embarrassment sometimes motivates them.
