I downloaded FbReader from the link below and installed it;

I want to associate FbReader app to all files with eBook extension Epub and azw3 but can't.

I have no personal experience with this application.
So, this is offered "as is".
But I see no mention of "azw3" under the list of supported book formats:

Product support seems to be very limited, with only an FAQ & "Chat":

But even epub file cannot connect.
The problem is that the FbReader file cannot be found in the C drive after installation.

The problem is I can open azw3 file from FbReader app but can't associate app with file extension with azw3.

As explained, FbReader does not support azw3 file formats.
@Pkshadow suggested some workarounds & alternate ways to view those files.
I suggest posting in their chat room for additional help, using the link in my original reply.
