Which website to edit or generate photos?

Is there any free (or paid) website for editing photos using commands to write in the command that this person has a beard or a hat and for this website to modify the photo in this way? To make such a photo look real. Not cartoony like in a cartoon. About 2 years ago I had a photo of Mateusz Morawiecki wearing a Jewish skullcap and sidelocks, but I lost it somewhere or deleted it. I need this photo for a political protest. So I thought of generating them. I don't have the time or inclination to learn Photoshop. The only thing I know how to do is brighten and darken photos. With this knowledge, I can't do anything in Photoshop.
