I am having a problem with AnyMP4 Video Converter Ultimate I can load the program just fine when I try to add a video to the program it keep showing the video is loading it never fully loads the video. In there any why to check for any errors to see why the program is not loading videos??

What version of the program are you using?

Are you trying to use it as a video converter or as a video player?

I am using Version 8.5.38

I am just trying to use the video enhance feature really can not get a video to fully load for any feature

Until someone weighs in who is familiar with the program, perhaps try their support resources?

(OR consider an alternative application?)
