Using VPN Tunnel of Host system from the VM

I installed VMware on my Windows 11 OS (Host) and I have a virtual machine which is an Ubuntu. The Virtual Machine is set by a company and I can't install any app on it. But I can change the Network setting of VM.

I need to use a VPN on my host system to have a Spanish IP, because the features of this VM are only available in Spain. 
I started the VPN and then tried all of the network options on VMware (Nat, bridge und etc.) to get through the current Network (directed to Spain by VPN) of the Host system, but the virtual machine still uses the original network of of the Host to reach internet. 

Does anybody know the solution?

As I mentioned before, I tried all of the options and it did not work.

Using bridged mode you should be able to access the router on the vm and activate the VPN on the vm.
