Hello, I want to re-write university/highschool lecture notes into adobe pdf using adobe illustrator. I have tried other softwares but illustrator seems to work best.

I want a pen display with the cleanest, sharpest, most accurate, low lag, fasstt pen stroke to mimic a traditional feel of writing naturally like pen or pencil on paper. I am mainly going to handwrite, draw graphs and mathematical formulas

I do not care about extra's companies try to sell like adjustable stands, accessories, or shortcut keys or other crap. My budget is upto $3,000 CAD. Thanks

You are comparing two vastly different devices, the Wacom Cintiq Pro is tied to a computer, and looks like a highly professional display device with lots of features, but that is all it is. The Apple iPad 5th gen M1 + Apple Pencil however, is a tablet and is therefore completely portable, and can run its own apps and software, the Wacom cannot.

The Apple Pencil has the fastest response time / lowest lag of all the mainstream tablets available, with the latest Samsung tablets just behind in lag time.

If you look on YouTube you can find many videos, search for note taking on the iPad Pro.
