Text "black" instead of "white" for applications

Hello,
 
The text for applications is "black" instead of "white" and I've no idea how to fix that. See attached screenshot.

No Screenshot, no details about the Model and version of the OS you are using.

 

Need more information to even understand your question

I think that the answer is that "white" text would be almost invisible on a light blue background.

 

I'm sure that someone will be able to tell you how to do it but, be careful of what you wish for.

You'll have noticed that the "Background" on the second Screenshot, is considerably darker. Have you changed that?

It goes automatically, but it happens at random for the text.

Text color can change even in Dark mode.

It's weird, because for example my camera and flashlight are just not viewable on the lockscreen then...
