P20 lite

The phone rings, but nothing pops up, if I pull down notifications I can see the call (it disappears and comes back over and over again), but nothing happens when I try to answer the call.

This happened out of nowhere, the phone sees light use and it's a while since any apps were installed.

I've stopped and cleared data relating to all phone apps.

Deleted the cache partition.

Tried another phone app.

Reinserted the SIM-card.

Tried both SIM-slots.

Checked alle permissions and notifications, I couldn't find anything wrong.

Suggestions is much appreciated.

I think your next step would be to do a hard reset which will wipe all your data. Make sure your contacts are synced to your Google Account. I assumes this is the Huawei p20.

I tend to agree, it's annoying, but it is what it is.

You can try these things also. I hope it will help you.

1. Reset your phone

2. Use default phone app

3. Update your phone software

4. Turn off DND
