Hello, i just moved to windows 10 and I see Windows phone, may I update my OS iPone using it ?

You cannot update your iPhone's OS using the Your Phone app on Windows 10.
It is possible that the Your Phone app for Android has some useful functionality, but it is not even worth connecting your iPhone to the Windows 10 Your Phone app.
The app offers no useful functionality for iPhone users. In its current form, it seems to be designed to get iPhone users to switch to using Edge and Bing on their iPhone.
