My wife has a Nokia Lumia running Microsoft Windows and for some reason it has stopped syncing her emails from our laptop. I've checked the wifi etc and accounts and nothing seems to have changed either end but still she's having problems.

Have now updated the phone to Win 10 but that's had no effect. Outlook isn't syncing to the gmail account so think the app may be broken.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling or logging out/in again?

It's been a long time since I've had my hands on a Windows phone but if Outlook was set up with the Microsoft account used at the initial set-up you may need to wipe the phone and start fresh - signing into everything once again.

You could always back up her important files, pictures and videos?
