So, I haven't done PC gaming in many, many years. In the past 15 I've done a little console (Xbox) gaming, Halo, Call of Duty, but I haven't done PC gaming since the 90s. I'm thinking of using the Steam Platform, but I'm not really sure what to do or expect. I guess my questions are what's involved? And what should I expect? I'm considering beginning with "The Last of Us".

Steam is good.
It will install and update as required. Very good.
Does have some social aspect if that is wanted.
