Conan Exiles constant fatal error crashes

I've recently been getting many fatal error crashes in Conan Exiles. I am playing a modded server so I'm wondering if it is something to do with the mods but it appears I'm the one getting them the most so I'm thinking it could be a me problem..

I've made sure everything on my computer is up to date as best I can - drivers and such, done a full reinstall of the game and mods but those didn't help. I'm hoping someone could help me understand what is causing these crashes. It will be greatly appreciated.
