I haven't been getting any BSOD's the games have just been crashing straight to desktop.

Hi, Suggest Update BIOS from Version : 12.03 to Version : 14.02 Date : 2023/6/29 It includes previous stuff missed : Update Intel microcode and ME. 2. Optimize processor settings. 3. Improve memory compatibility.
and 14.02 : Support for next-generation processors. 2. Update Intel ME and GOP. 3. Improve memory compatibility.
May help with your issues, as well the Microcode is a Security Update/fix.

As well as the Tweaking Tool. Stay away from it is my suggestion especially if having issues.
Suggest strongly to uninstall/remove : Avast with Revo Uninstaller. Avast IMHO causes more issues and troubles than is worth. Also find a lot of issues with it here. Not so much but still.
Needs to be removed to see if that is the issue, so ..please do.
Suggest changing to this : https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-firewall-control-guide/ it was made by a Developer now at Malwarebytes. Speaking of should run MBAM Browser Guard.
Will leave it here but since have been crashing some repair : From a DOS Command Prompt from START-->Search | type cmd.exe into the start search box | RIGHT-click on cmd.exe | select "Run as Administrator" then Copy/Paste --> :
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command then Enter if it finds problems then reboot. (Completed Successfully : means reboot)
&
After : please Open another Admin Command Prompt and please run Copy/Paste --> SFC /SCANNOW into the Dos window or Powershell and Enter. Reboot after.
So if after doing the above and still having issues : Grab newest Version or the last version released for your Video Card from Asrock or newest from AMD then after using DDU to remove your drivers reinstall what you downloaded.
NOTE : the Microsoft Store is now a integral part of Updating Windows 11. Open the store, do not need to be logged in, down the left side is Library, Update Only what you use.

I updated my BIOS, I updated my GPU's vBIOS, performed all the commands in the cmd prompt and I am still having issues. I even fresh installed my drivers after using DDU

Update:
I decided to stress test my CPU by running Cinebench while having Intel XTU open, and within 2 seconds of hitting start it comes up with an error and immediately Power Limit Throttles and Thermal Throttles. Not sure if this may be the cause but thought it would be helpful info.

I used the 24 hour free trial which only allowed me to fix one issue, I chose to fix the found issue of "rustclient.exe" crashing.
