Hello,

A few days ago ,i posted and asked for help. I guess it is unreasonable of me to ask that question.

All i want is to get the info off from my deceased daughters phone.....

Right now i have tried to enter a few pin numbers of possible ideas. however it says 4 tries left

it is a galaxy s22 ultra.

I would like to know what happens when, i reach the end of the last tries. will it delete the info on

the phone?

Is there a way to get more tries, I feel like I might be able to get it unlocked if I have enough tries.

I really do not want to lose the info, please help me .

thanks

dean

Hello:

That specific question is best asked of Samsung.

My guess would be that you will be ~irrevocably locked out of the device after too many attempts.

The more you try, the more likely the phone will be bricked....

As suggested in your other topic, your best bet will be to contact a data recovery service:

FWIW, Samsung has a forum:

https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Community/ct-p/us?page=1&tab=recent_topics

But if I were in this situation, I would seek help directly from Samsung Tech Support, a professional data recovery service, or perhaps law enforcement?

Alas, I don't think we can help you here.
