Words I say regarding this thread : I don't care how they do it- but they do it !

It's the third phone I changed in the last 2 years because of it getting hacked by someone who has tech to do it. That's not the issue, I am 100% sure as I have confirmation from phone service that they were hacked and they said only thing I could do it's throw them in the bin.

I live not in a very rich country be it that to mention, I need your insight on this one, any suggestion how could I defend myself from it if there is any way;

I never click any link, barely use internet

Never visit any site, tried using complex passwords and only SAFE apps, vpn, antivirus, super-locked phone and everything, still they get me.

The only recent indication that something is going on is via instagram , I suspect there is a glitch that the 'hacker/entity' uses to get my location constantly, I am no it guy to explain it how it happens but I smell it could be it, there is some type of ping going on, behaviour :

I constantly get DM's a few times per day from barely made accounts (sometimes multiple new accounts and one adds me into a group) and they give me links to other IG profiles (some random thing, no indication of scam, just messages with no meaning) DAILY from accounts that were made few minutes before I got that message.

After the message that account is being closed usually.

I get the message on insta as "hidden request or message request": the message contains nothing, sometimes no link, just nonsense usually a question or something that makes no sense. Sometimes some odd link.

So I suspect that using some type of instagram DM type of PING the hacker can get my phone location ? even if I closed insta location permission, is that possible ? does anyone know what this type of behaviour might indicate ?

Thank you in advance
