I have a mio moov 614lm, desktop 7.50. when i plug into the usb win 7 says not recognised. all usb ports are working, my computer is 64 bit. any help will be very much appreciated thanks.

this device wont connect to XP either . it says device malfunctioned error 10.

hi thanks for the reply, i installed the disc they sent , thats all ive done, just one thing i noticed all the drivers in device manager are system 32 if that means anything, i run win 7 64 bit. but there again all my other devices run ok.
