binary file to memory stick

does anyone know how to burn a .bin file to memory stick

 

i know how to use rufus to burn .iso to memory stick

i know how to use dd in linux to copy .bin to memory stick

i know how to use poweriso to burn .bin to cd/dvd

 

however, i can't find anything on how to burn .bin to memory stick using win 7 (x64)


the best part about win 7 is that it never updates

rufus has a dd feature, it's just not advertised

suggestions from super user are:

Win32 Disk Imager

and

imgburn
