Hi everyone (moved this to a more appropriate forum),
I've had this problem for a while now. Whenever I startup my computer, the My Computer folder will open automatically on the desktop (see the startupfile.jpg). It's gotten kind of annoying since I've spent so much time trying to figure out how to stop it.
You can see what my msconfig startup tab looks like in the msconfig.jpg picture attached. The last item that's just cutoff is TrayMenu from Microsoft. I've also downloaded a program called Autoruns that seems very helpful, and I've attached a picture of what it tells me is opening on logon in the logon.jpg picture attached.
I've also noticed that if I click the My Computer file just as it opens, it will open again a few seconds later while everything is still loading up, so it's like something is forcing it open for some reason. I've been looking around and someone else said the problem may lie in Adobe Bridge CS6 (which I have), but I can't seem to prove that.
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit on a Lenovo Ideapad Y580. Any help is appreciated!
