My Windows 10 Freezes Within 5 Minutes Of Start (no BSOD)

Hi, if system is fast enough before it crashes, see if can do any of these as per instruction : From the Keyboard press the Windows Key and the X Key and choose Powershell (Admin) OR for a DOS Command Prompt from START | type cmd.exe into the start search box | RIGHT-click on cmd.exe | select "Run as Administrator" then Copy/Paste --> : DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command then Enter
if it finds problems then reboot. (Completed Successfully : means reboot)

Then run SFC from a Admin Command Prompt, reboot if fixes anything.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth con doing this there was an eror 0x800f081f  source file could not be found there is dism log file.. but might have to access it differenly.

Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix them

I went online to downlaod speccy but for some reason ccleaner site would not open for me..but it ws not down  and then the computer froze

was able to run Hitman pro, it cleared some of the tracking cookies..Malawarebytes seems problem insalling it

Advance system repair, a friend had installed it,  I had installed windows repair of major geeks

The porblem is that the system is not working well, how can one remove malware when system is freezing???

malwarebyte informs that powershell is trying to connect to internet, is it normal??? this is happening again and again

the internet is not working on it because the REALtek network adapter cannot be detected
