I just did a rebuild of my old outdated computer and was told everything I got should be compatible with the other parts. Yet when I go to power the thing on it won't even boot up the fan runs for a split second then won't even start up again.

I tried changing out to a smaller graphic card, put the ram into different slots, even changing out to a slightly more powerful power supply. I don't get it it should boot up just fine but I can't even get it to the point where it would give me a beep code or anything. I'm going to post up the parts in the computer soon just heading to where it is now
