Yes you are right. I already acknowledged that you were right. I just want to benchmark my system then will shift to Spec Enhance mode. I updated BIOS also but I could not find an option to choose intel baseline performance (such item).

Sometimes some issues on software front are also irritating. I shared a printer on network and in another machine I can see it. But when I try to connect it gives error "Windows couldn't connect to the printer...". Tried most stuff but to no avail. This took sometime.

Oh I am sorry.

I often get carried away and ignore what's around me.

OK There is a beta BIOS available from Gigabyte, but personally would ignore this and wait for the final latest BIOS version.

Not very keen on any beta BIOS unless there is something very drastic that needs it.

Interesting read, also shows the Intel Baseline selection in the Gigabyte board's Turbo Power Limits as recommended ATM by Gigabyte for the Intel CPUs.

https://www.gigabyte.com/Press/News/2162

Hopefully the next up and coming final Gigabyte BIOS version will have everything sorted out properly, and if more optimized settings are still desired then perhaps this unreleased  BIOS will do that while being safe for your Intel CPU.

I dislike how Windows always makes LAN connections so hard to get through!

To bad there wasn't a simple and easy fix-it-for-you setting.

You don't need to apologise. I am thankful to you for sharing so much information. I had installed the beta bios before I saw your message. Let me recheck what my bios shows.

Good TY, and yourself?

A specific area or region would be helpful as Canada is a large land mass and covers many Provinces and areas.

I'm guessing you are looking at the Toronto Metro region?

https://www.lawrences.com/

is one of the best and oldest in Brampton/Toronto metro area of Ontario. Not the cheapest by far (expensive), but they will get anything done effectively, smoothly and will get the expected results without any failures.

Is good too (honest and decent and trustworthy) and have dealt with this office in the past.

However Brampton/Bramalea area  is filled with many Indian/Asian lawyers, as there are many Asian people living there. So there are many to choose.

Thank you very much for your prompt support. I have emailed them, lets see if they respond.

I installed a game called Resident Evil 4. The graphics is nice and I am able to play at high settings. :) ... (even though I play only for short times due to time crunch)

You are welcome.

Playing some older ones too - Prey, The Outer Worlds, Death Stranding, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Fallout New Vegas, Metro Exodus.

But I have lots of time to spend playing away!

Very nice! BTW what is the FPS at high for RE4? Should be well over 120 and maybe up to 200 FPS, I'm guessing.

I usually throttle the games down to 120 FPS (or even limit it to 90) since I'm a single player (thus I don't need fast FPS anyways) and also keep the stress off the card and usually keep the settings on High or Ultra or a mix.
