I had to look up my records.

I put in a Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 ti graphics card.  I also replaced the hard drive with a SSD.

Thanks for the update. It now makes sense.

I will be gone for several hours but will be replying a bit later. There are some things we need to address and they shouldn't be rushed. Thanks for your continued understanding.

Greetings.

There are a few things I would like to address. None of them are malware related. Regarding CCleaner, there are errors present in the log files so I would like to remove the program.

The wrong drivers are installed for your NVIDIA graphics card. I suspect Windows Update automatically installed drivers but they are different than what the manufacturer calls for.

Please do these things. They are a bit more complex than normal so if you have any hesitations or questions please stop and let me know.

Nice work, my friend.

That means it was not a full download, only partial. It is a large file so delete the Unconfirmed file and attempt it again.

Have tried many times to get the driver.   All have failed.

I have never had a problem downloading things before.

I think something else is wrong and will try tomorrow.

Turn off Avast Protection and attempt the download again. If the software is successfully installed turn the protection back on.
