May I suggest one I use:
FileHamster

I use it for Word/Writer docs but it's main aim is for photo editing.
FileHamster provides real-time backup and archiving of your files while you work. It enables you to monitor specific files on your hard drive and automatically create incremental backups whenever those files are modified. It also enables you to store notes about the changes that have been made, allowing you to quickly locate a specific revision or provide a detailed account of the work you've done on a project.

i found this for someone on another site ,
so i thought i would give it a go ,
result
it found all the main stream songs i played into it ,
the only ones i had problems with were up front dance tracks ,
it does not work for classical tracks ,
states it is for win200/xp but i ran it on vista no probs
so if you hear a song and you want to know its name try this ,
i sang 3 songs into the mic and it only named one of them ,but hey im tone deaf ,so it did well

http://www.wildbits.com/tunatic/
Ever thought ‘what is this song?’ Let Tunatic hear it and you will get the artist's name and the song's title within seconds. Tunatic is the very first song search engine based on sound for your computer. All you need is a microphone and Internet access.

i did not see this in your online scanners

SUPERAntiSpyware Online Scan. The scanner will detect AND remove over 1,000,000 spyware/malware infections. The scanner does NOT install anything on your Start Menu or Program Files and does NOT need to be uninstalled.

The SUPERAntiSpyware Online Safe Scan is free for personal use.

"Our new online scanner is a critically important tool for computer users and technicians," said Nick Skrepetos, founder of SUPERAntiSpyware.com. "The new breed of infections we are seeing simply block most, if not all, anti-spyware and anti-virus products from running. This leaves users and technicians in a desperate situation. We have answered the call with our stand alone online "Safe Scan" which will run when other products are blocked.

Also available is a Firefox plugin, and it is fast!

"The renderer in MuPDF is tailored for high quality anti-aliased graphics. It renders text with metrics and spacing accurate to within fractions of a pixel for the highest fidelity in reproducing the look of a printed page on screen.

MuPDF has a small footprint. A binary that includes the standard Roman fonts is only one megabyte. A build with full CJK support (including an Asian font) is approximately five megabytes.

MuPDF has support for all non-interactive PDF 1.7 features, and the toolkit provides a simple API for accessing the internal structures of the PDF document. Example code for navigating interactive links and bookmarks, encrypting PDF files, extracting fonts, images, and searchable text, and rendering pages to image files is provided."
