I do need to update VirtualBox. Hadn't got to that yet. I didn't format the iso file. I just downloaded in that format. I might do that on Friday night. Might update the VirtualBox first.

If the ISO you have still doesn't work after updating VirtualBox, download the media creation tool from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

 

Read the instructions "Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file)" if you have not used the tool before.

I did a search for formatting Windows 10 to ISO file. I found this, but not sure if it is a good site. It mention downloading WinCDEmu. Below is the link.

Why do you need the above when Can download as per Post # 17 or can just download the ISO as per that URL since yours maybe corrupted.  Use Rufus to make your media if want.

I just download the Win10, and it still has the same message.

Do I need to burn it to a DVD? I have been trying to just storing it on my desktop.  I didn't format it, or anything. Just stored it on my desktop.
