CryptoWall 3.0's decryptor was one of the exceptions where victim's could share but I doubt there are any victims from 2014 still around Bleeping Computer.
 
There was an ongoing discussion in this topic where victims asked questions and posted for further assistance but it is unlikely anyone is still around who can help at this point.
