This is so old but I'm just learning to read when posts are made but  the quote below was further down:

"The forum guidelines are as simply stated above.
Members are contacted if/should a topic be refused for publication with a reason. "

Does that mean that members won't get a PM if their topic is refused WITHOUT a reason? I guess I can understand why my topic about the Mass. male prisoner getting a "gender reassignment" surgery and having the state pay for it hasn't shown up yet but I didn't get notified and after reading a few closed topics I can see why. Hey, sorry I'm a newb and I'm here for computer reasons not to debate but I didn't look around enough before I tried to post that and it's just something that tished me off and had to vent. Off to study computers.............

If one happens to be a new member, we try to be accommodating and help learn the rules of the forum. In most instances you will recieve a PM. The Speak Easy is a bit different, because the topics can get a bit rough. Speaking for myself personally, I do not always send messages stating why, because I get abused and accused of censorship, being a liberal, being a communist, being on a power trip, etc. I do this on my own time, I really don't need to deal with that sort of crap.

In general, if you start a topic in the Speak-Easy and it is an obvious rant, or based on demonstrably false information, or uses obviously unreliable resources, your topic will not be approved. Those sort of topics do not really provide a base for discussion.

If you want to have a discussion, then provide your thoughts on the matter. Provide some rationale for arriving at your thoughts. If it is about current events, provide links to facts so others can participate objectively based on your understanding. All we want to see is a well presented topic.

A bit behind the times :) , new here.

excerpt "Just think before you Post that Thread? If in doubt, ask? So Simple? No one gets upset if you ask, Mate!"

Makes complete sense.

^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Thanks for posting that.  ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

Was down visiting friends a while back, kind of thought it strange or odd that it was normal or allowed:::::

How about trying to finish off house payments because the 4 wheelers and new cars are finally paid off, folks on the dole and

believe it or not, still have the tenacity to show up at food-banks etc. etc. with their hand out on a brand new quad racing maching with a 4000 dollar suit looked like from NASA ha! No seriously the kid was bragging about it at a soup kitchen place, might have been 5 grand for the suit. I think everyone wishes they could roll around in a 4x4 etc. etc. newer vehicle and its not like that state didn't know about it.

How about being able to cut a cord of wood, paint properties, remodel and have state of the art ion battery powered toys bikes etc. valued in multiple thousands to get around in and they knew someone to play a disability card.

I don't even want to get into diaper-baby fetish?speelled right? anyway men that have highly paid nurse-AIDES bringing in who knows what amount of funds, its a funny world eh?!?!?!?!
