AI brings socialism to the masses.

Elon Musk Predicts A 'Universal High Income' As Jobs Are Phased Out And Employment Becomes Obsolete — It'll Be 'Somewhat Of An Equalizer'

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/elon-musk-predicts-universal-high-160015532.html

The serial entrepreneur and CEO painted a utopian vision where AI renders traditional employment obsolete but provides an “age of abundance” through a system of “universal high income.”

.......there will come a point where no job is needed,” Musk told U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. “You can have a job if you want to have a job or sort of personal satisfaction, but the AI will be able to do everything.”

Musk’s concept of “universal high income” appears to be an evolution of the universal basic income (UBI) idea supported by other tech leaders like Sam Altman.

“We won’t have universal basic income. We’ll have universal high income,” Musk said, though he did not explicitly define the difference. “In some sense, it’ll be somewhat of a leveler, an equalizer.”

Everyone's equal .......except maybe those that control the AI.

The "I wanna red Corvette and I don't want to work for it" syndrome.

Does everyone get to live in a palace......or just the equivalent hovel?

Under those conditions, I can foresee humanity living in AI government dorms, driving econo EVs powered by 12volt batteries, made in China....all the while eating soylent green......  LOL!

Judgement Day with a twist.

Brought to us by oligarchs of the present and the mindless sheeple that worship them.
