Blank green screen and pc won startup

My brother have a coolermaster with a 650w,i will go try my gpu on his pc and will update to you guys when done

Just tried it and well...it ended up like that too.The thing is that the gpu fans are spinning but there's no signal to the monitor.

If the exact same thing the GPU is bricked but if different in any way at all you need to put the replacement GPU back in, save the Pulse drivers to the desktop, uninstall the drivers for the replacement card using DDU, install the the Pulse drivers, shutdown the PC so that you can swap the Pulse GPU back in, reassemble to see if you still get a green screen, if you do, you 100% know for sure that the card has failed.

Nope,it exactly the same on 2 PCs,and our PCs are both about 4 years old with my brothers having just a slightly higher specs.

You 99.99% already have with the only thing left to try is getting the GPU tested either by a local tech or in a computer that has the appropriate PSU and other hardware to be able to reliably test it, do be aware though that a faulty GPU could damage any test PC so asking a tech who knows and accepts the risk would be the best course of action.
