There is no need to confuse the TS (again) by suggesting him an other OS, further complicating things.

 

Zalophus, what pc do you use? Model nbr? Windows 10/11?

Yeah there is a reason to test another operating system if it works in Linux then it's not a hardware issue but a windows issue which we can trouble shoot later.

28 years experience here and testing another OS is my always go to test for hardware that us integrated.

Update-Going to NIC in Device Manager, and changing  Advanced setting of Speed and Duplex from Auto Negotiation to 1,0 GPS Full Duplex, seems to have solved the problem.  Thanks for all your inputs.
