I have attached a copy of your picture. Are where the red arrows pointing to the areas of residue? Looks like there is a lot, there was a real mess.
You have to get a small amount of paint thinner, and try to clean up as much of it as you can. Any one of those could cause shorts. The residue on the flat surfaces maybe not so much, but around any electrical connectors it is critical.
Sometimes bent CPU pins can be straightened by taking apart a standard retractable pen and using the hollow tip where the point goes in & out. If it is small enough, it will fit down around the pin an straighten it. I did that once successfully.
For suggestions web-search straighten CPU bent pins and see what comes up.

Thanks Dan....Didn't know they changed the design! Must have been in the last year or so, both my last builds were standard using Ryzen7
