Can you elaborate on the problems you're having? Particularly on which profiles you're having them.
Kind regards,

I wrote a little about what happened here.

Windows sometimes freezes. - Windows 10 Support (bleepingcomputer.com)

But I'll give you a summary here. and other details about your request.

The user/profile that has always been on the PC is "fra". This was the only profile until the symptoms appeared.

The symptoms are that every now and then the PC freezes. In particular, if I open Explorer after a while it freezes. When you freeze the taskbar is also frozen. I can just press ctrl-alt-del and reboot the system.
Furthermore, at startup it doesn't freeze for 10-15 seconds and I can start, for example, Edge which never freezes. Even if explorer freezes edge continues to work.

Sometimes it doesn't freeze for hours.

Other things happening. If I try to start an application as administrator sometimes it doesn't start at all.
Sometimes if I press "start" and launch any application sometimes it doesn't start. Even if you don't need administrator.

After this situation I created two more users. "fra2" and "fra_admin". even these administrators.

I saw that with these two new users the system does not freeze. from which I said it's not a hardware problem. But maybe I was wrong?

But other problems like starting from administrator are present. and other.

So the users "fra2" and "fra_admin" do not work completely and all system applications that are present in the user "fra" are missing. For example HP applications - HP GaminG. - etc.

"fra2" I'm using. I keep "fra_admin" in reserve.

The switch between users has saved me so far, because I can write here on the forum without having to constantly restart.

I tried to reinstall some applications on the new user but either they don't work or it doesn't allow reinstallation. I can't figure out how to do this at all.

So I decided to reinstall windows. But I can't backup.

Maybe due to some malware.

EDIT:on the link you will also find many procedures that I performed to solve the problem
