I remember Ray from his start here, he would close by telling members to "Be bleeping safe".

My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.  You are missed Ray.

Forgive me for being late but I couldn't not say something as well.

Animal was wonderful & kind & funny.  In our exchanges - both in the Forums and via PMs - he was always helpful, polite and good for a chuckle.

At one point, he & I decided that my sweet wife would henceforth be known as 'Ms. Smarty Pants' (based on something I posted) and both she and I loved it.

His was a presence that will surely be missed here.

And yeah, I'm crying.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear the news. I got wind of it via a forum user's signature message. When l saw it, l was greatly saddened.

I actually knew Animal from a spell l had on this forum a few years back (l had an issue with a self-build PC, and it developed to full blown ennui / weltangst / schadenfreud / kopfschmerzen etc. - btw l cba rescuing my old login credentials, that's why l'm on a new name, nothing bad).

I was fortunate in that l clashed with him a few times, including a nervy face/off in PM. That taught me what kind of a person he really was, and l was impressed, truly!

You say he passed suddenly ... Please may l ask: does anybody have info on the circumstances of his passing? Also was he middle aged? Old?

In most place in the USA it is illegal to pay a consenting over 18 male or female for sex unless there is a third person in the room filming it

To my knowledge, no one has any information regarding the circumstances of his passing.   It was incredibly unexpected and sudden, and he was far too young for this to have been expected in any way.
